The working principle of ZL Rotary Drum Pelletizer is to drive the belt and pulley through the main motor, and drive to the main shaft through the speed reducer, and the folio gear on the main shaft gears and the big gear ring on the body to realize the phase work. The material is added from the feeding end, made into granule through the action of special structure inside the cylinder body, and finally flow out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, mass production can be realized.

The application scenarios of the rotary drum granulator include the granulation process of compound fertilizer in the production of compound fertilizer, where the chemical reaction and heat supply are completed in the cylinder by passing steam, gas ammonia, or adding phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, etc.; or the cold granulation process of compound fertilizer where a small amount of water is supplemented. In addition, the rotary drum granulator is also suitable for the production of granulation processing of various materials after fermentation, such as grass charcoal, sludge, chicken manure, livestock manure, lignite, wine lees, soya bean dregs, sugar mill filter sludge and other organic waste.
