The rotary sprayer works by rotating the substrate at a high speed and utilizing centrifugal force to uniformly coat the adhesive liquid dripping on the substrate. Specifically, during the rotation of the rotary sprayer, the adhesive solution is evenly distributed on the rotating substrate, and by centrifugal force, the adhesive solution is thrown out and forms a uniform film.
Application areas of rotary sprayers
Rotary sprayers are widely used in microelectronics, semiconductors, plate making, new energy, biomaterials, optics and surface coating processes. Especially in the sol-gel experiment, the rotary sprayer is used for thin film production, which can prepare high quality thin film materials.
Advantages and disadvantages of rotary sprayers
Advantages:
Good uniformity: by rotating at high speed, the glue can be evenly distributed on the substrate to form a uniform film.
Wide range of applications: suitable for a wide range of materials and process requirements.
Disadvantages:
Higher equipment costs: high quality rotary sprayers are usually more expensive.
Complicated to operate: requires specialized knowledge of operation and maintenance.
Where rotary sprayers are used
Rotary sprayers are mainly used for thin film preparation in scientific research and industrial production, especially in areas where high quality thin film materials are required, such as microelectronics and semiconductors. Their high efficiency and uniform coating characteristics make them valuable for important applications in these fields.
