LS screw conveyor(hereinafter referred to as screw machine) is the use of international standard products, equivalent to 1S01050-75 standards. Design and manufacture in line with ZBJ81005.1~2-88 "LS screw conveyor" professional standards. The material is transported along a fixed housing groove by using a rotating helix.
The conveyor has the advantages of flexible layout of inlet and outlet, simple structure, low production cost, strong sealing, safe and convenient operation, etc. It is widely used in chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy,grain,compound fertilizer and other departments. When the inclination angle p<20°, it can convey powdery, granular and small materials with low viscosity,no deterioration and no agglomeration. There are 12 specifications including small,medium, large and extra-large. According to the type of conveyed material, there are three filling factors(02=0.45, 0.33,0.15) and four speeds to choose from.
