Working Principle

FU series scraper conveyor Principle of delivery: the bulk material has the characteristics of internal friction and side pressure, it is in the groove by the transport chain in its direction of movement tension, so that the internal pressure increases,the internal friction between the particles increases,in the horizontal transmission of the internal friction to ensure a stable statebetween the material layer, the formation of acontinuous overallflow. When the internal friction between the material layer is greater than the external friction between the material and the groove wall, the material moves forward with the conveyor chain.When the ratio of the heightof the material layer to the width of the groove meets certainconditions,the material flow is stable.
